企业精细化管理是企业为适应现代企业制度的要求而建立起来的一种科学管理模式,财务是企业精细化管理的核心,因此提升企业的财务精细化管理能力是加强企业竞争力的必要途径。所谓精细化财务管理是以“细”为起点,做到细致入微,对财务管理自身的每一项岗位,每一项具体的业务,都必须建立起相应的工作流程和业务规范,进而将财务管理延伸到企业的各个领域,通过行使财务监督职能,拓展财务管理与服务职能,实现财务管理“零”死角,挖掘财务管理的潜在价值。现结合本企业财务管理实际,分析实行财务精细化管理的必要性,提出提高财务精细化管理能力的几点措施,以此推动企业的可持续发展。
