目的分析桂北地区髓细胞白血病患者染色体核型及融合基因信息,探讨髓细胞白血病患者发病的细胞遗传学及分子生物学特点及其临床意义。方法收集桂北地区髓细胞白血病患者临床资料及骨髓标本,应用G显带及实时荧光定量PCR技术检测患者的染色体核型以及融合基因信息。结果共收集到髓细胞白血病患者40例,其中包括急性髓细胞白血病患者24例,慢性髓细胞白血病患者16例。G显带核型分析发现异常核型患者26例,包括4例罕见的核型;实时荧光定量PCR分析发现融合基因阳性患者21例。结论染色体核型及融合基因分析有利于髓细胞白血病诊断,可以为临床治疗以及预后提供更准确的依据。
Objective To analyze the karyotype and fusion gene information of patients with myeloid leukemia in northern part of Guangxi and to explore the cytogenetics and molecular biological characteristics of the patients with myeloid leukemia and its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data and bone marrow samples of patients with myeloid leukemia were collected from northern Guangxi. G-banding and real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR were used to detect the karyotype and fusion gene information of patients. Results A total of 40 patients with myeloid leukemia were collected, including 24 patients with acute myeloid leukemia and 16 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia. G-banding karyotype analysis found abnormal karyotype in 26 patients, including 4 cases of rare karyotype; real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR analysis found 21 cases of fusion gene-positive patients. Conclusion Chromosome karyotype and fusion gene analysis are beneficial to the diagnosis of myeloid leukemia, which can provide more accurate evidences for clinical treatment and prognosis.
