女,35岁。因左鼻腔阻塞并流脓涕、恶臭16年入院。检查:左鼻腔腥臭,外鼻无崎形。右鼻腔阻塞不能内窥,内有脓性分泌物及似有肉芽肿,但用探针头触及坚硬物感,活动欠佳、易出血。曾4次被外院诊为“左侧慢性鼻窦炎”及“鼻腔异物”并试取过,因术中剧痛、出血多,昏倒而未成功。近因症状加重伴同侧头痛而就诊,初步诊断:左鼻腔牙合并结石。用1％麻黄素液棉片处理鼻腔及1％地卡因粘膜麻醉
