关于海洋权益,学界存在着许多误区。海洋权益应包括海洋权利和海洋利益两部分,我国的海洋权益也包括这两个方面的具体内容。目前,我国与周边许多国家存在着海洋权益争端,海洋权益面临严重威胁。导致海洋权益争端的原因可以分为历史和现实两个方面。维护我国海洋权益,解决海洋权益争端应该恪守理性维护海洋权益的原则,采取相应的具体措施。理性维护海洋权益具有重要意义。只有明确海洋权益的概念,才能更好地维护我国的海洋权益。只有通过理性的方式维护海洋权益,才可以真正实现海洋权益的维护。
There are many misunderstandings about the maritime rights and interests in academia. The maritime rights and interests should include both maritime rights and maritime interests. The maritime rights and interests of our country also include the specific contents of these two aspects. At present, there are disputes over maritime rights and interests in many countries in our country and the maritime rights and interests are facing serious threats. The reasons leading to disputes over maritime rights and interests can be divided into two aspects: history and reality. Maintaining China’s maritime rights and interests and settling disputes over maritime rights and interests should abide by the principle of rationally safeguarding maritime rights and interests and adopt corresponding concrete measures. Rational maintenance of maritime rights and interests is of great significance. Only by clarifying the concept of maritime rights and interests can we better safeguard our maritime rights and interests. Only by maintaining the maritime rights and interests in a rational manner can we truly safeguard the rights and interests of the oceans and seas.
