持续深化行政审批制度改革,创新事中事后监管,是转变政府职能、创新政府管理方式的有力抓手。浙江省质监局率先推进市县行政审批层级一体化改革工作,用标准化思维逐项明确抽查依据、主体、内容,用“互联网+”思维积极探索适应质监系统行政许可事中事后监管方式、大力推广随机检查机制,实行阳光、文明执法,是提高行政效率的有效途径和方法。
