政党的产生及政党政治的出现是近代中国政治现代化的重要标志之一。近代中国的政党最早产生于晚清,它的产生经历了一个由政党雏形的萌动到严格意义上政党的创建、再由“非法”政党的建立到政党合法化的过程。在政党产生及其合法化的过程中,各种因素交互作用,不断发生冲撞与融合,交织着矛盾、斗争与妥协并使政党呈现出自己的特点。
The emergence of political parties and the appearance of party politics are one of the most important symbols of political modernization in modern China. The political parties in modern China originated in the late Qing Dynasty. The emergence of political parties in China in the late Qing Dynasty experienced a process of the establishment of political parties in the strict sense by the embryonic form of political parties and the establishment of “illegal” political parties to the legalization of political parties. During the process of the emergence of political parties and their legalization, various factors interact, collide and merge continuously, intertwining conflicts, struggles and compromises and presenting political parties with their own characteristics.
