吉林省今后能否摆脱能源短缺的困境,关系到全省整个国民经济发展和振兴。摆脱能源短缺困境的出路在于:开源和节流并举,立足省内,加强管理,多方开发,综合解决。一、要充分利用现有煤炭资源,并加强地质普查、勘探,加速建设开发新矿井 (一)煤炭是吉林省能源消费结构的主体,比重占70％以上。煤炭工业的状况直接关系到全省国民经济的发展。因此,今后首先必须抓紧地质勘探,增加收入,加速解决能源的接续问题。预测吉林省煤炭的远景储量在50亿吨以上。虽然目前难以找到几亿或几十亿吨储量的大煤田,但经过努力,近亿吨储量的中、小煤田还是有可能找到的。距长春20公里处的羊草沟煤田,远景储量可达1.5亿吨,就是一例。所以,今后应加强煤炭地质资源的勘探工作,尽快找到一批可供开发的新矿井。

Although it is difficult to find large coal fields with hundreds of millions of tons of reserves at present, it is still possible to find middle and small coal fields with reserves of nearly 100 million tons. 20 kilometers away from Changchun Yangcaogou coalfield, long-term reserves of up to 150 million tons, is an example. Therefore, in the future, we should strengthen the exploration of coal geological resources and find a batch of new mines for development as soon as possible.
