目的研究郑州市区成人安氏Ⅰ类错女性牙颌颅面结构形态特征。方法以成人安氏Ⅰ类错女性治疗前X线头颅定位侧位片41张为研究对象,用Winceph8.0头影测量分析软件,选用了国际上常用的Downs分析法对其有关角度、线距进行测量,并与其对应的正常均值进行比较。结果与正常值比较,面角、U1-L1较小;下颌平面角、Y轴角、平面角、L1-OP、U1-AP(mm)较大。表明下颌相对后缩,下颌垂直向生长过度,上、下切牙唇向倾斜。结论与正常比较,成人安氏Ⅰ类错女性颅颌面骨骼呈垂直向生长型,下颌顺时针旋转,呈Ⅱ类侧貌特征。
Objective To study the morphological characteristics of dental structures of Class Ⅰ malocclusion in Zhengzhou urban area. Methods 41 adult patients with Class Ⅰ malocclusion were treated with 41 X-ray skull positioning lateral radiographs. The Winceph 8.0 cephalometric software was used to select the most commonly used Downs analysis. Measurements were taken and compared to their normal mean values. Results Compared with the normal value, the face angle was smaller than that of the normal one. The mandibular plane angle, Y-axis angle and plane angle, L1-OP and U1-AP (mm) were larger. Show lower mandibular relative retraction, vertical growth to the lower jaw, upper and lower incisors lip tilt. Conclusion Compared with the normal group, the adult Class Ⅰ malocclusion female skull and maxillofacial bone vertical growth type, mandibular clockwise rotation, was Ⅱ profile features.
