本文介绍了基于脉冲电磁场的骨折愈合刺激仪的原理与临床实验研究。采用15H2准脉冲群,5ms脉冲群延时的刺激波形产生0~8×10_(-4)T连续可调的磁场强度。临床应用26例表明,该方法可有效地治疗骨折后骨不连及延迟愈合等疾病。
This article describes the principle and clinical experimental study of fracture healing stimulator based on pulsed electromagnetic field. Using a 15H2 quasi-burst group, a 5ms burst-group delay stimulus waveform produces a 0–8×10−(4)T continuously adjustable magnetic field intensity. Clinical application of 26 cases showed that this method can effectively treat bone nonunion and delayed healing and other diseases after fracture.
