科学研究是一种探索性的思维过程,它与创新是紧密联系在一起的。创新与元创新创新在技术上常称为发明,在科学上称为发现。创新可以区分不同层次。科学发现有不同等级,大量的属于低层次。例如,古生物学中已发现许多科属。如发现了新种属,则属于低层次的科学创新;如发现新的科、纲、门,则层次就高一些。可把一些层次高的科学发现称为元创新。“元”字表示原始、本来、基本的涵义。在科学哲学中有元科学一词,它是指分析一般理论的逻辑结构,以便构成关于科学理论的一般概念。元创新是指一些基本的创新概念或理论,与元科学不同。元创新的确定亦是有条件的,它是相对于一定时间、空间和条件而言的。
Scientific research is an exploratory thinking process, which is closely linked with innovation.
