研究发现:少先队员具有强烈的主体意识,在队组织中积极发挥作用;少先队员参与队组织建设与管理的热情很高;但少先队员对少先队组织维权的知晓率不高,态度较为冷淡。根据以上调研结果,对少先队组织维权工作提出如下建议:进行少先队组织维权教育,提高组织维权的知晓度;建立少先队组织维权工作机制,提升组织维权的实效性;开展少先队专项维权行动,增强组织维权的影响力;整合资源,推动构建社会化维权工作格局。
The results show that Young Pioneers have a strong sense of subjectivity and play an active role in team organization. Young Pioneers are enthusiastic about participating in the construction and management of team organizations. However, Young Pioneers have less awareness about the rights protection of Young Pioneers and have a rather cold attitude. Based on the above findings, the following suggestions are made for the work of the Young Pioneers ’rights protection: education of the Young Pioneers’ organizations ’rights protection and awareness raising of organizational rights protection; establishment of the Young Pioneers’ rights safeguarding mechanism so as to enhance the actual effectiveness of organizational rights protection; Influence; integration of resources, promote the construction of social security work pattern.
