目的:对南五味子中的氨基酸类成分进行分析评价,为南五味子的进一步深入研究和综合利用提供科学依据。方法:采用UPLC-TQ/MS技术对9个产地共70批南五味子中的23种氨基酸类成分进行测定,并采用主成分分析法进行分析评价。结果:南五味子中含有多种氨基酸类成分,其中,含量最高的是精氨酸(Arg),含量最低的是脯氨酸(Pro)。γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)含量也较高,甲硫氨酸(Met)仅在一个产地的样品中检见。商洛市柞水县样品中总氨基酸含量最高,达5.25 mg/g,安康市宁陕县样品含量最低,仅2.31 mg/g。结论:南五味子为一种氨基酸含量丰富的药材,不同产地间氨基酸种类差异很小,各成分含量差异较大,可能与地域具有一定的相关性。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and evaluate the amino acid components of S. japonicus and provide a scientific basis for further research and comprehensive utilization of S. kansuensis. Methods: Twenty-three amino acids in 70 batches of Schisandra chinensis from 9 producing areas were determined by UPLC-TQ / MS and analyzed by principal component analysis (PCA). Results: There are many kinds of amino acids in Kadsura. Among them, arginine (Arg) is the highest content and Pro (Pro) is the lowest. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) content is also higher, methionine (Met) samples were only seen in a place of origin. The content of total amino acid in Zhashui County of Shangluo City was the highest, reaching 5.25 mg / g. The content of Nanshan County in Ankang City was the lowest, only 2.31 mg / g. Conclusion: Kadsura is a kind of medicinal material rich in amino acid content. There is little difference in the types of amino acids among different producing areas, and the content of each component varies greatly, which may have a certain correlation with the region.
