改革的新形势给医院信访工作提出了新要求,我校医院信访工作领导重视,信访队伍精干,信访渠道畅通,信访网络健全。本文介绍了北京医科大学附属医院信访工作的概况和流程,重点分析了投诉类信访的情况。结合具体事例讨诊了领导重视是做好信访工作的关键、根据信访信息健全医疗规章制度强化管理及从信访中了解信息加强职业道德建设等问题。提出了改革带来的问题有待于改革的深化和完善来解决及我国医疗法律制度有待进一步完善的问题。
The new situation of the reform has brought new requirements to the hospital’s petition work. The leadership of the hospital’s petition work has been attached importance, the petition teams have been lean, the petition channels have been unimpeded, and the petition network has been sound. This article introduces the general situation and process of letters and visits work of the affiliated hospital of Beijing Medical University, and analyzes the situation of complaints and petitions. Combining specific cases to discuss the importance of leadership is the key to doing a good job in letters and visits, strengthening the management of medical rules and regulations based on letters and visits, strengthening the management of medical rules and regulations, and strengthening the development of professional ethics through letters and visits. It is proposed that the problems brought about by the reforms need to be deepened and improved by reforms to solve the problems that need to be further improved in our country’s medical legal system.
