随着煤矿机械化的发展,悬臂式掘进切割机应用到了很多大型煤矿的井下开采中。由于巷道施工的特殊性,使得掘进机截割减速器不仅要体积小、重量轻,而且还要有更突出的机械性能。文章利用粒子群优化算法得出了截割减速器的最优化参数,为悬臂式掘进机截割减速器的优化设计提供了科学依据。
With the development of coal mechanization, cantilevered cutting machine used in many large coal mines underground mining. Due to the particularity of the roadway construction, the roadheader cutting reducer not only needs small size and light weight, but also has more outstanding mechanical properties. In this paper, the optimization parameters of cutting reducer are obtained by using particle swarm optimization algorithm, which provides a scientific basis for the optimization design of cutting reducer of cantilever boring machine.
