李盛平,1949年9月生于北京,籍贯河北。著有《各国政府制度》、《西方文官系统》、《人事管理学》等著作,主持大型丛书《二十世纪文库》,主编《中国政治体制改革研究丛书》、《现代文化丛书》等。近年来主要从事胡耀邦研究、国史研究。编纂有《胡耀邦思想年谱》(上下卷)、《胡耀邦年谱资料长编》(上下卷)。
Li Shengping, born in September 1949 in Beijing, Hebei native place. He is the author of books on “The System of Governments in Various Countries,” “System of Western Civil Servants,” and “Personnel Management.” He is the author of the large-scale series entitled The Twentieth Century Library and the series of books on the study of the reform of China’s political system and series of modern culture. In recent years, mainly engaged in Hu Yaobang research, history study. Compilation of “Hu Yaobang thought spectrum” (volume), “Hu Yaobang Chronicle data editor” (volume).
