前人曾从菊科植物Brachylaena hutchinsiiHutch分离出倍半萜烯(主要是杜松烯和(王古)(王巴)衍生物)。作者发现B.hutchinsii树皮甲醇提取物对革兰氏阳性细菌有抗菌活性,尤其对变异链球菌Streptococcus mutans和产氨短杆菌Breribacterium ammoniagenes。有抗菌活性的甲醇提取物经硅胶柱层析及HPLC分离,得到8-酬(王占)(王巴)醛(8-Keticopaenal)(1)、8-酮衣兰烯醛(8-ketoylangenal)(2)、8-酮(王占)(王巴)烯醇(8-ketocopaen01)(3)、8-酮衣兰烯醇(8-ketoylangen01)(4)和衣兰烯醇(ylangen01)(5)。
Previously, sesquiterpenes (mainly juniper and (Wang)) derivatives were isolated from Brachylaena hutchinsii Hutch. The authors found that the methanol extract of B. hutchinsii bark has antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria, especially Streptococcus mutans and Bremeria ammoniagenes. The antibacterial activity of the methanol extract was separated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC to obtain 8-ketocoenol (8), 8-ketolyl aldehyde (8-ketoylangenal) (2) 8-keto (Wang) (Wangba) enol (8-ketocopaen01) (3), 8-ketoylangen (4), and ylangen01 ( 5).
