公司社会责任法律规范有两层含义:其一是对公司社会责任的公司法规范,即由公司法对公司社会责任进行法律规制;其二是对公司社会责任的全方位规范,即从整个法律体系方面考虑对公司社会责任进行规制。本文讨论的是公司社会责任的公司立法问题,且以我国现行的公司立法为分析对象。 There are two meanings of the legal norms of corporate social responsibility: one is the company law norms of corporate social responsibility, that is, corporate law to corporate social responsibility by the law; the other is the company’s social responsibility of the full range of norms, that is, from the entire law System to consider corporate social responsibility regulation. This article discusses the corporate legislation of corporate social responsibility and takes the current legislation of our country as the analysis object.
