基于宁波国际金融服务中心南区工程特点,分别提出了地下室分建及合建时的基坑支护方案。采用MIDAS/GTS软件分析了基坑受力、变形规律,从经济性、安全性及施工便利性等多角度对地下室分建、合建时的基坑支护方案进行对比研究,并将有限元计算结果与现场监测结果进行对比,验证了合建方案的合理性。研究成果可为软土地区相邻地块联合开发时地下室设计及基坑支护选型提供参考和借鉴。
Based on the characteristics of the southern section of Ningbo International Financial Service Center, the foundation pit supporting schemes for the construction and construction of the basement are respectively proposed.
