目的了解致吉林省2012年多起风疹爆发及散发的风疹病毒(Rubella Virus,RV)的基因型和特征。方法对采集的患者咽拭子标本进行病毒分离,通过逆转录-聚合酶链反应及序列分析方法、利用生物信息学软件确定基因型。结果 30株RV核酸鉴定呈现阳性,基因型鉴定均为1E基因型,与世界卫生组织RV 1E基因型参考株、中国RV编号为RVI Dezhou(德州)CHN(China,中国)02 1E的核苷酸同源性为97.9%~98.6%,氨基酸同源性100%。结论吉林省2012年多起风疹爆发及散发均由1E基因型的RV引起,为吉林省RV分子流行病学研究提供了基础资料。
Objective To understand the genotypes and characteristics of rubella virus (RV) in Jilin province since 2012, when many rubella outbreaks and sporadic cases were reported. Methods The throat swab specimens from patients were collected for virus isolation. The genotypes were determined by bioinformatics software using reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction and sequence analysis. Results The positive results of 30 RV nucleic acids were identified. The genotypes of the 1E genotypes were all the same as those of the WHO RV 1E genotype reference strains. The RV of China RIV Dezhou (Texas) CHN (China, China) 02 1E Homology 97.9% ~ 98.6%, amino acid homology 100%. CONCLUSIONS: Many cases of rubella outbreak and dissemination in Jilin Province were caused by the RV of 1E genotype in 2012, providing the basic information for molecular epidemiology of RV in Jilin Province.
