随机测定200个2龄合浦珠母贝三亚养殖群体的壳长(X1)、壳高(X2)、壳宽(X3)、顶点-腹缘长(X4)、韧带槽长(X5)、韧带槽宽(X6)和体重(Y)7个性状指标,计算性状间的相关系数。采用通径分析方法计算以形态性状为自变量对体重作依变量的通径系数、决定系数及相关指数,进行各形态性状对体重影响大小的剖分。结果表明,合浦珠母贝除韧带槽宽外,其他性状之间的相关关系都达到极显著水平(P<0.01),体重与壳长的相关系数最大(0.9228)。壳长对体重的直接影响最大(0.5083),是影响体重的主要因素;壳宽与体重、壳高与体重的相关程度很大,但对体重的直接影响均较小,两者主要通过壳长间接影响体重,壳宽、壳高是影响体重的次要因素。决定系数分析结果与通径分析结果有一致的变化趋势。所选贝壳性状与体重的复相关指数为R2=0.8977;多元回归分析建立了壳长、壳高、壳宽估计体重的回归方程为:Y=0.6873X1+0.3182X2+0.9379X3-43.2267。本研究结果为合浦珠母贝育种过程中测量性状的选择提供了理论依据。
The length of shell (X1), shell height (X2), shell width (X3), apex-abdomen length (X4), ligament slot length (X5), ligament slot Width (X6) and weight (Y) 7 traits, and calculated the correlation coefficient between traits. Path analysis method was used to calculate the path coefficient, the coefficient of determination and the correlation index, which take the morphological traits as independent variables to make body weight variable. The results showed that except for the width of the ligament of Hepu, the correlation between the other traits reached a significant level (P <0.01), and the correlation coefficient between weight and shell length was the highest (0.9228). The direct influence of shell length on body weight was the largest (0.5083), which was the main factor affecting body weight. The correlation between shell width and body weight, shell height and body weight was great, but the direct influence on body weight was small. Indirect impact on body weight, shell width, shell height is a secondary factor affecting body weight. The coefficient of determination results and path analysis results have consistent trends. The complex correlation index of selected shell traits and body weight was R2 = 0.8977. The multiple regression analysis established the regression equation of shell length, shell height and shell width estimation as follows: Y = 0.6873X1 + 0.3182X2 + 0.9379X3-43.2267. The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the selection of measurement traits during the breeding of Pinus pinaster in Hepu.
