在农业生产(比如防虫、施肥及使用激素)中,常需配制浓度极稀的溶液。而一次配成预想浓度,往往比较困难或容易搞错。比如生长激素萘乙酸的常用浓度在15—40PPM 之间,一般条件下一步配成所需PPM 溶液比较困难,若用两步配法就较为方便、准确。即:先配成一定浓度的母液,再将母液稀释到所需浓度。比如用一克萘乙酸配成25PPM 的水溶液。
In agricultural production (such as pest control, fertilization and use of hormones), often need to prepare very dilute solution.
