为了改善难沉降煤泥水沉降效果差的问题,以煤泥水溶液化学性质调控为切入点,探索了影响煤泥水沉降的主要溶液化学离子,其中钙镁离子影响最显著;以钙离子为例,通过比较不同浓度的钙离子沉降试验效果,确定了调控钙离子的有效浓度;利用正交试验,对钙离子浓度和絮凝剂浓度配比进行优化。试验结果分析表明,通过调控煤泥水的溶液化学性质实现煤泥水沉降,具有显著的经济效益和节能减排的意义
In order to improve the poor settling effect of the slump coal slime water, taking the chemical property regulation of slime water as the starting point, the main solution chemical ions that affect the sedimentation of slime water were explored, of which calcium and magnesium ions have the most significant effect.
