高纯镁砂中钙的分析对于钢铁工业的发展具有重要的意义.本文研究了用硫酸钙沉淀分离钙,间硝基偶氮氯膦(CPAmN)分光光度法测定高纯镁砂中钙的测试条件和具体方法,国内外未见报导.在本实验条件下测得钙与CPAmN络合物的摩尔吸光系数为1.0×10~4升·摩尔~(-1)·厘米~(-1)桑德尔灵敏度为0.00401微克钙·厘米~(-2).25毫升体积中,钙在0~50微克范围内都服从比尔定律.根据十次平行测定,计算得变异系数为0.83%.回收率在95~105%之间.用本法测定高纯镁砂中的钙,可获得满行结果.
