该文就材料试验中测温要求较高的持久与蠕变试验的多点温度自动测量阐述了设计方法,电路原理及其装置。其中介绍的定点模拟补偿法,系列仪器的堆积组合与间隙使用,跟随打印等技术在同类装置中少见,对提高测量精度、简化电路、长期运行和降低成本都有好处。还包括了测温中一些现象的分析和进一步研究的建议。对从事试验室温度自动测量和群控同志有一定参考意义。
This paper describes the design method, circuit principle and device for multi-point temperature automatic measurement of long-lasting and creep test which require high temperature in material test. Among them, the fixed-point simulation compensation method introduced, the stacked combination of series of instruments and the use of gap, and the follow-up printing technology are rare among the similar devices, which is good for improving the measurement accuracy, simplifying the circuit, long-term operation and reducing the cost. Also included in the temperature measurement of some phenomena in the analysis and further research recommendations. To engage in laboratory temperature automatic measurement and group comrades have some reference value.
