短租房是中外旅游者经常选择的一种住宿方式,特别是在欧美发达国家,市场发展较好并形成了一定规模,中国的短租房市场则刚刚起步,针对不同的消费群体,日趋丰富的短租房也逐渐成为国内旅行者的重要选择。本文首先分析了中外短租房市场发展的特点和不同,详细分析了目前国内在线短租的三种模式,及我国短租房市场发展存在的问题,最后提出了改进意见和措施,为我国短租房市场发展提供了参考意见。
