在教育教学中最基础的环节之一就是作业,它是对学生学习知识的巩固与熟练的有效手段,也是对课堂教学内容的一种拓展形式,更是对老师进行教学效果的反馈。我们要加深学生对知识内容的理解,达到熟能生巧的阶段,激发学生的自我再创新的能力,我们必须精心设计作业。但是,在实际的教学过程中,作业的针对性、有效性比较差,不能将作业的作用发挥的淋漓尽致。我们教师应该给从学生提高作业质量,减少作业数量入手。老师们在平时的教学环节中,要优化作业设计。本论文将以如何优化作业所要遵循那些基本的原则和如何实施展开论述,并且作出了一些相应的例子和分析。
One of the most basic links in education and teaching is homework. It is an effective means of consolidating and proficient students’ learning knowledge, and it is also an extension form of classroom teaching content. It is also a feedback to the teacher’s teaching effect. We must deepen students’ understanding of the content of knowledge, reach the stage of perfection, and inspire students’ ability to reinvent themselves. We must meticulously design homework. However, in the actual teaching process, the targeted and effective work is relatively poor, and the role of the operation cannot be fully realized. Our teachers should start by improving students’ quality of work and reducing the number of jobs. In the usual teaching process, teachers should optimize their homework design. This paper will discuss how to optimize the operation to follow those basic principles and how to implement it, and make some corresponding examples and analysis.
