本文用弹性流体润滑理论,推导出“2K-H”负号机构外啮合及内啮合齿轮弹流油膜厚度实用计算公式及它们的油膜厚度关系。实用算例计算了某风力发电装置增速器高速级和低速级轮齿形成油膜厚度,分析了弹流油膜厚度影响因素,指出提高油膜厚度参数选择的途径。可供设计者参考。
In this paper, based on the theory of elastic fluid lubrication, the practical calculation formula of the oil film thickness of external gear and internal gear of “2K-H” minus mechanism and the relationship between their oil film thicknesses are deduced. A practical example is given to calculate the thickness of the oil film formed on the high-speed gear and the low-speed gear of a gearbox for a wind power plant. The influencing factors of the oil film thickness are analyzed, and the ways to increase the parameters of the oil film thickness are pointed out. For designers reference.
