在现代战争条件下,战伤救治机构面临的一个突出问题,就是如何适应作战行动高度变化的特点问题。外军在总结历次战争卫勤保障工作经验时,早已指出必须要有高效的卫勤保障手段,在强调伤病员快速后送的同时,强调提高救治机构的机动性,要求配备“接近固定医院救治条件”的机动医疗救护装备,尽量靠近前沿阵地。卫生技术车辆就是一种最大限度地接近伤病员,给予及时医疗救护,或是为救治机构提供药品器材等的专用地面车辆。
Under the conditions of modern warfare, one prominent issue facing war-wounded treatment organizations is how to adapt to the characteristics of the highly varying combat operations. When summing up the experience of medical support for wars in various previous wars, the foreign army long ago pointed out the need for an effective means of medical service support. While stressing on the quick evacuation of wounded and sick personnel, the foreign military emphasized the improvement of the mobility of medical institutions and required the provision of “facilities close to fixed hospitals Treatment conditions ”of mobile medical aid equipment, as close as possible to the front position. Hygiene technology vehicles are a kind of special ground vehicles that are close to the wounded and sick, give timely medical assistance, or provide medical equipment for medical institutions.
