当归是中医常用的补血活血药之一,目前已发现当归有增加血流量,抑制血小板聚集、抑制血栓形成的作用。当归有无提高机体免疫功能的作用,文献报道不多,尤其是当归的化学成分对免疫功能的影响报道更少。为此我们对当归的化学成分~总酸(主要含阿魏酸等成分)、中性油(主要含蒿苯内酯等成分)、多糖对小鼠的免疫功能影响进行了观察,采用E—花环及酸性α—萘酚醋酸酯酶(ANAE)染色法作为测定指标。材料及方法一、实验动物:第一次试验采用本院动物房小鼠,第二、三次试验采用兰州生
Angelica sinensis is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for blood circulation and blood circulation. It has been found that Angelica sinensis increases blood flow, inhibits platelet aggregation and inhibits thrombosis. Angelica sinensis has no effect on improving the immune function of the body, and there are few reports in the literature, especially that the chemical composition of Angelica sinensis has less effect on the immune function. To this end, we observed the effects of Angelica’s chemical constituents-total acid (mainly containing ferulic acid and other components), neutral oils (mainly containing phenaldone), and polysaccharides on the immune function of mice. Rosettes and acid alpha-naphthol-acetatease (ANAE) staining were used as indicators. Materials and Methods 1.
