遥感是一门服务于各行各业的技术,随着遥感技术的快速发展、国家和地方海洋经济发展对遥感人才需求发生了新变化。在分析现有遥感教材特点的基础上,指出遥感课程教材面临不能适应新形势的要求,已成为制约人才培养的一个瓶颈。以国家教育发展落规划纲要和实施意见为导向,围绕教材编撰应具有“基础性、经典性、整体性、稳定性,不能有争议性”的原则,以“讲什么,有什么用,怎么用”为设计理念,突出“结构体系模块化、基础知识层次化、实验模式多样化、例题与习题实用化”的特色,对遥感教材建设展开研究。
Remote sensing is a technology serving all walks of life. With the rapid development of remote sensing technology, the needs of remote sensing professionals have undergone a new change in the development of national and local marine economy. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the existing textbooks for remote sensing, it is pointed out that the teaching materials of remote sensing courses are facing the requirement that they can not adapt to the new situation, and this has become a bottleneck restricting personnel training. Guided by the Outline of the National Education Development Plan and the Opinions on Implementation, we should have the principle of “basic, classics, integrity, stability, and non-controversy” around “ , How to use ”as the design concept, highlight “ structural modular system, basic knowledge level, experimental mode diversification, examples and exercises practical ”characteristics, the construction of remote sensing textbooks to start the study.
