采用间接免疫荧光法检测人群血清中的莱姆螺旋体抗体,对我省部分人群进行莱姆病流行病学调查,共查5个地区13个县2460人,检出阳性21人,总感染率0.85%,可疑74人,可疑阳性率3.86%.7个县检出阳性.以坝上草原牧区感染率最高,其次为平原,山区最低.调查表明,我省人群有莱姆病人及感染,得出的肯定结论在河北省尚属首次.
