课程改革是人的改革。教师决定着新课程实施的走向,国家基础教育课程标准和实验教材能否落实到位,关键取决于实验队伍的素质。因此,促进教师成长,是基础教育课程改革实验的关键性工作。
Curriculum reform is human reform. Teachers determine the direction of the implementation of the new curriculum. The national basic education curriculum standards and experimental teaching materials can be put in place. The key depends on the quality of the experimental team. Therefore, promoting teachers’ growth is the key task of the basic education curriculum reform experiment.
