硫酸、硝酸不仅是基本化学生产中的主要产物,工业上亦广泛使用,为了了解硫酸、硝酸蒸气对人体危害及研究予防酸蒸气中毒的方法,以保障工人健康,提高劳动生产率,特在本市××化工厂接触酸之重点车间作了调查。兹将初步结果报告如下:生产情况:该厂接触硫酸与硝酸的生产共有三个工序,即制酸、硝化及提酸。1.制酸工序:是用简陋的方法制造硫酸,使硫磺与硝酸钾共同燃烧,产生SO_2及SO_3气体,
Sulfuric acid and nitric acid are not only the main products of basic chemical production but also widely used in industry. In order to understand the dangers of sulfuric acid and nitric acid vapor on the human body and to study ways to prevent acid steam poisoning, in order to protect workers’ health and increase labor productivity, × × chemical plant contact acid key workshop made a survey.
