我国大多数黑钨矿床均为高温热液充填石英脉,因矿脉较窄,故采矿贫化率高、出矿品位很低。目前除少数矿山使用了旧式光选机外,大部分厂矿至今仍采用手选来丢弃大量废石。不仅劳动强度大,而且工效低,选别方式也很落后,不能满足生产的需要。由于旧式光选机分选效率低,稳定性差,处理量小,设备维护工作量大,难以推广使用。因此需要引用国内外新技术,研制新型高效率的废石粗选设备。为了改善劳动条件,提高废石选出率,我矿在原V形皮带光选机的基础上,研制了
