一些传统的教育理念或许认为,老师在学生面前的形象总会是十分严肃的,然而事实上,据笔者专门对此开展的一些“实验性”教学综合来看,板着面孔的教学并不会一定有利于学生的接受,而微笑式的教学反而有利于活跃课堂气氛,有利于师生交流与互动。笔者尝试对这一实验性教学进行了创新研究,以下是这一研究过程的“还原式”论述。开学伊始,我担任了新高一的班主任。从班委的组建到班规的制定等等,一切都按计划有条不紊的进行着。
