侧移架是侧移式挖掘装载机在挖掘工作时重要的受力部件,其强度和刚度直接影响车辆的挖掘作业。针对侧移式挖掘装载机挖掘工作装置在回转时回转轴处发生异响的故障,进行分析研究。建立侧移架有限元模型,应用UG软件求解变形情况、应力大小和应力分布规律。结果表明:正是由于刚度不够,导致侧移架变形严重,从而导致挖掘工作装置回转时销轴咬死,发生异响。通过加焊筋板,增大板的横截面等方法提高了侧移架的刚度,与此同时侧移架的强度也随之提高。通过检验,有效解决了异响问题。
Sideshifter is an important load-bearing component of side-shovel backhoe loader in digging work. Its strength and stiffness directly affect the digging operation of the vehicle. Aiming at the problems of abnormal noise occurring on the rotating shaft of the side-shift excavator working device during excavation, the analysis is carried out. The finite element model of the sidetransfer frame was established. The software UG was used to solve the deformation, stress and stress distribution. The results show that it is precisely because of insufficient rigidity that the deformation of the side-shift frame is serious, which leads to the seizure of the pin shaft and abnormal noise when the working device is rotated. By adding welded ribs, increasing the cross-section of the plate and other methods to improve the rigidity of the side-shift frame, while the side-shift frame strength also increased. Through testing, effectively solve the problem of abnormal sound.
