随着我国学前教育事业的迅速发展,对于学前教育专业教师和管理人员的需求与日与日俱增,幼儿师范的毕业生供不应求。尽管近年来全国各地一些院校增建了学前教育专业培养幼儿教师,仍然不能满足整个社会的需求。作者以江苏省淮安市及周边城市学前教育专业人才需求分析为导向,深入淮安及周边地区幼儿园和大型培训机构开展问卷调查,用数据和事实分析幼儿园和培训机构对学前教育专业人才的评价和需求,从而有助于淮安及周边城市积极拓宽师资来源渠道,保障教师待遇,制订幼儿师资培养规划,扩大培养规模,提高学前教育质量和水平。
With the rapid development of pre-school education in our country, the demand for teachers and managers of pre-school education is increasing day by day, and the demand for preschool children is in short supply. In recent years, some institutions across the country have added preschool education to train kindergarten teachers and still can not meet the needs of the community as a whole. Based on the analysis of needs of preschool education professionals in Huai’an City and its neighboring cities, the author conducted a questionnaire survey in kindergartens and large-scale training institutions in Huaian and its surrounding areas, and analyzed the evaluation and demand of kindergartens and training institutes on preschool education professionals with data and facts This will help Huai’an and surrounding cities to actively broaden the sources of teacher resources, ensure the treatment of teachers, formulate child-preschool teacher training programs, expand the scale of training, and improve the quality and level of preschool education.
