从军事技术发展史的角度分析,基础科学与军事技术创新的关系历经了初级、中级和高级三个阶段,即古代时期两者各自独立发展,近代时期彼此相互联系,现代时期的高度融合。关注基础科学与军事技术创新关系的探讨,对我国依托基础科学推动军事技术创新,促进军民融合发展有一定的借鉴意义。
From the perspective of the history of the development of military technology, the relationship between basic science and military technology innovation has gone through three stages: primary, intermediate and advanced, namely, the independent development of both in the ancient period, the interrelationship in modern times and the high integration in the modern period. Paying attention to the discussion on the relationship between the innovation of basic science and military technology is of some reference to China’s reliance on basic sciences to promote military technological innovation and promote the integration of military and civilian.
