不锈钢在真空中直接钎焊,真空度低于10-5托,在氢气炉中钎焊氢气露点高于-60℃,会产生氧化而使钎焊处漏气。为了防止不锈钢在,升温过程中氧化,必须在钎焊处镀镍。但镀镍工艺复杂,还常常发生镍层起泡、挠皮现象。 根据钛对钢有细化晶粒作用,钛又为强“脱氧剂”的原理,我们采用不镀镍新工艺,只在要钎焊的表面涂覆一层钛膏,在4×10-~10-5托真空气氛中钎焊获得了成功。钎焊件可在-260℃下长期工作,气密性良好。采用此法钎焊“不锈钢与不锈钢”、“不锈钢与无氧铜”,表明具有较高的抗拉强度。
