我所于1984年接受了香港“泰来有限公司”含蹄物料来料加工,生产二氧化碲的试验工作。试验中,我们采用了多种流程进行探索比较后,选定了酸-碱两步浸出的简易流程,以正交试验法安排了小型条件试验,通过正交分析得到较好的试验条件,并以此条件进行了多次验证。验证结果重现性好,其指标为:从原料至产出T_eO_2的直收率92%,铜的酸浸率96~98%,渣率5%,银几乎全部富集于渣中。最后我们按此条件进行了试生产,试生产指标如下:TeO_2直收率87%,铜绵60%,渣率7.7%,80%的银富集渣中。
In 1984, I accepted the test work of processing and manufacturing of tellurium dioxide from “Tailai Co., Ltd.” in Hong Kong. In the experiment, we adopted a variety of processes to explore and compare, selected the acid-base two-step leaching of a simple process, the orthogonal test method to arrange a small condition test, through orthogonal analysis get better test conditions, and This condition has been verified several times. The results showed good reproducibility. The indexes are as follows: the direct yield from raw material to output T_eO_2 is 92%; the acid pickling rate is 96-98%; the slag rate is 5%; almost all silver is enriched in the slag. Finally, we conducted trial production under these conditions. The trial production indicators are as follows: TeO 2 straight-line yield of 87%, copper cotton 60%, slag rate of 7.7%, 80% of the silver-rich slag.
