一、田径运动员的力量训练的重要性力量是指人体肌肉系统工作克服或对抗阻力的能力,肌肉力量是田径运动员完成各项动作的原动力。田径运动员力量水平的高低对速度、弹跳灵活性及耐力的水平都有着重要的影响,也是发挥技术水平的重要基础。另外,通过系统的力量训练可以提高田径运动员肌肉和韧带组织的力量,关节活动范围也会加大,同时也会明显降低运动员受伤的概率。我国的田径运动员与欧美田径运动员的身体对比中,明显表现出体能方面的差距,其中最为突出
