背景与目的:探讨贲门癌患者外周血微转移的检测及其临床意义。材料与方法:以巢式逆转录聚合酶链反应(Reversetranscriptase-polymerasechainreaction,RT-PCR)技术检测58例贲门癌患者术前外周血角蛋白20(Cytokeratin20,CK20)mRNA的表达情况。结果:58例贲门癌患者外周血CK20mRNA阳性率为36.2%。有淋巴结转移者阳性率51.5%,无淋巴结转移者16%,二者差异有统计学意义。结论:应用巢式RT_PCR技术检测贲门癌患者外周血CK20mRNA的表达情况,有助于外周血微转移的早期诊断,其阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关。
BACKGROUND & AIM: To investigate the detection and clinical significance of peripheral blood micrometastases in patients with cardiac cancer. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Preoperative expression of Cytokeratin 20 (CK20) mRNA in 58 patients with cardiac cancer was detected by nested reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results: The positive rate of CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood of 58 patients with cardiac cancer was 36.2%. The positive rate of lymph node metastasis was 51.5%, no lymph node metastasis 16%, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The expression of CK20 mRNA in peripheral blood of cardia cancer patients detected by nested RT-PCR technique is helpful to the early diagnosis of peripheral micrometastasis. The positive expression of CK20 mRNA is related to the lymph node metastasis.
