The Bhatnagar Gross Krook model of 13-speed hexagonal lattice is modified and the relaxation time τ and k are chosen appropriately so that the shear viscosity μ of the hot fluid and the thermal conductivity λ are only related to the internal energy and the Prandtl’s number of the fluid is adjustable. The model simulates various boundary cavity flows at high Reynolds numbers
