研究了预处理温度对低温用马氏体高强度不锈钢板材强度的影响。通过对材料进行力学性能检测、金相检测、X射线衍射分析后表明:热轧材750~850℃预处理遗传了热轧态的组织,使最终固溶处理后的奥氏体内累积了较高的缺陷密度,这些高密度缺陷最终遗传到马氏体内。850℃预处理的材料既存在缺陷强化,又降低最终的残余奥氏体含量,因此出现强度峰值。冷轧材的组织遗传、再结晶等特征温度低于热轧材,25%和50%变形的冷轧材分别在800℃和750℃预处理出现强度峰值。
The effect of pretreatment temperature on the strength of martensitic high strength stainless steel sheet for low temperature application was studied. Through mechanical properties testing, metallographic examination and X-ray diffraction analysis of the material, the results show that the microstructure of the hot rolled material inherited the hot-rolled microstructure at 750 ~ 850 ℃, High defect density, these high-density defects eventually passed into the martensite. The 850 ℃ pre-treated material not only has the defect strengthening, but also reduces the final retained austenite content, so the intensity peak appears. The cold rolling material’s microstructure, recrystallization and other characteristic temperature are lower than that of the hot rolled material. The cold rolled material with 25% and 50% deformation has the peak intensity at 800 ℃ and 750 ℃ respectively.
