潮剧,是用潮州方言演唱的一种地方戏曲剧种,至今已有500多年历史。潮剧音乐更是潮剧艺术不可或缺的重要组成部分,可谓“无曲不成戏,无乐不成曲”。传统的潮剧音乐伴奏均采用单旋律齐奏的形式进行演奏,乐队规模较小,乐器种类不多,其所用乐器多为高音乐器,中低音乐器相对缺乏,在音乐演奏形式上比较单调,表现力、伸张力都严重不足。文章从潮剧音乐的配器入手,探讨潮剧的伴奏音乐问题。
