目的 :探讨男性不育精子核DNA及形态图像变化。方法 :采用真彩色图像分析仪定量检测。结论 :精子核DNA及形态图像定量分析可作为精子功能评估方法 ,是男性不育诊断和疗效观察的可靠指标。结果 :与正常生育组比较 ,精索静脉曲张组精子核宽有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,DNA积分光密度、平均灰度、面积、圆度有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;不明原因不育组DNA积分光密度、平均灰度有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;慢性前列腺炎组精子核长、核宽、尾长有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,圆度有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。
Objective: To investigate the DNA and morphological changes of male infertility sperm. Methods: True color image analyzer quantitative detection. Conclusion: Quantitative analysis of sperm DNA and morphological images can be used as a sperm function assessment method, which is a reliable indicator of male infertility diagnosis and efficacy observation. Results: Compared with the normal fertility group, the sperm nucleus width of varicocele group had significant difference (P <0.01), the DNA integral optical density, average grayscale, area and roundness had significant difference (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference (P <0.01) in DNA integral density and average grayscale in unknown unexplained infertility group. There was a significant difference in sperm nuclear length, nucleus width and tail length in chronic prostatitis group (P <0. 01), the circularity was significantly different (P <0. 05).
