近几年来,浏阳市在引进智力成果的工作中取得了显著成效,促进了经济的发展。1999年,我市引智项目的实施数量约占湖南的10％,在长沙市五区四县(市)引智工作中名列第一。在湖南省122个县(市)引智申报项目中,我市在实施项目数量和效益方面,也处第一位。1997年至1999年,我市共实施批准立项的引智项目31个,成果推广项目9个,引进日、德、美、英、法、西班牙、荷兰、加拿大等外国专家15批次,项目涉及农、林、牧、烟花、矿产、冶金、化工7个行业。先后有各类工程技术人员2000多人参加了技术培训和学
