目的 对血清癌胚抗原 (CEA)、甲胎蛋白 (AFP)、血清铁蛋白 (SF)、β2 微球蛋白 ( β2 MG)肿瘤标记物进行检测 ,探讨其在胆道良、恶性疾患中的诊断价值。方法 放射免疫检测法 (RIA)。结果 对照组 6 4例、良性组 6 0例和恶性组 3 6例进行检测 ,血清CEA、SF、和 β2 MG浓度恶性组 (分别为 18.84、2 3 5 .94ng ml及 6 .84ng ml)较良性组 ( 9.0 6、16 9.49ng ml,3 .3 9ng ml)和对照组 ( 8.2 0、10 7.81、3 .2 8ng ml)明显升高 ,并差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。血清CEA、SF和 β2 MG对胆道恶性肿瘤的阳性检测率分别为 75 %、75 %和 80 .5 6 %。结论 血清CEA、SF和 β2 MG的检测 ,对胆道良、恶性疾患的鉴别有一定的参考意义和应用价值
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), AFP, serum ferritin (SF) and β2 microglobulin (β2 MG) tumor markers in the benign and malignant biliary tract . Methods Radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results Sixty-four cases in the control group, 60 cases in the benign group and 36 cases in the malignant group were detected. Serum levels of CEA, SF, and β2 MG were 18.84,2.35.94ng ml and 6.84ng ml respectively The benign group (9.06,16 9.49 ng ml, 3.39 ng ml) and the control group (8.2 0,10 7.81,3.28 ng ml) were significantly increased, and the difference was significant (P <0.01 ). The positive rates of serum CEA, SF and β2 MG in cholangiocarcinoma were 75%, 75% and 80.56%, respectively. Conclusion The detection of serum CEA, SF and β2 MG has certain reference value and application value in differentiating benign and malignant biliary diseases
