采用涂刷法,将Ni60粉末均匀刷涂到42Cr Mo基体的表面形成预涂层。利用电接触表面强化技术对预涂层进行强化,获得强化层。对该强化层进行显微组织、显微硬度、相结构和抗热震性能研究。结果表明:电接触强化工艺使涂层孔隙率减少,致密性增加,同时提高了涂层的硬度和抗热震性能。
Using brushing method, Ni60 powder uniformly coated onto the surface of the 42Cr Mo substrate to form a pre-coating. The pre-coating is reinforced by electrical contact surface strengthening to obtain a reinforced layer. The strengthening of the microstructure, microhardness, phase structure and thermal shock resistance properties. The results show that the electrical contact strengthening process can reduce the porosity and the compactness of the coating while improving the hardness and thermal shock resistance of the coating.
