港珠澳大桥采用I型肋板结构,该结构焊后容易在底板宽度方向上产生翘曲变形,故其焊接变形的预测和控制对现场焊接和产品质量具有重要意义。通过采用ANSYS有限元分析,得到了构件焊后变形规律,与实际焊接试验结果吻合。计算分析了不同厚度底板结构的焊接变形量,得到了20 mm厚肋板焊接变形量随底板厚度的变化符合公式:Y=3A·exp(-X/T)+Y0。最后,提出了进行焊前预留反变形和焊后火焰加热矫正,可有效地控制I型肋板焊接变形。
The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge adopts type I rib structure. After the structure is welded, it is easy to produce warping deformation in the width direction of the bottom plate. Therefore, the prediction and control of the welding deformation are of great significance to on-site welding and product quality. Through the use of ANSYS finite element analysis, the deformation law of the components after welding is obtained, which is in good agreement with the actual welding test results. The amount of welding deformation of the floor structure with different thicknesses was calculated and analyzed, and the variation of the welding deformation of the 20 mm thick floor plate with the floor thickness was obtained according to the formula: Y = 3A · exp (-X / T) + Y0. Finally, the proposed anti-deformation before welding and flame heating after welding correction, can effectively control the welding I-plate deformation.
